  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for items pass to the buyer once we deliver the package to the carrier.

  • Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages (where tracking shows delivery), or customs seizures/fees.

  • Insurance: We highly recommend selecting an insured shipping method for high-value cards. For insured shipping quote please contact us via email or whatsapp.

  • Custom Duties: The price shown for the product does not include duties and taxes, your package will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid and you may be required to pay duties, fees and import taxes upon receipt.  Charges ultimately depend on your local customs authorities. You must pay these fees to complete customs clearance. For more information, please check with your local customs office.  
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order prior to shipment.

 

Shipping Policy Supplement: Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Order Definition: Items marked as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock and are subject to manufacturer release schedules.  

  • Release Date Volatility: Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors; Dopedude.co is not responsible for industry-wide delays, production shortages, or "allocations" where manufacturers ship less than the ordered quantity.

  • Combined Shipping Policy: If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order Items, the entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, customers must place separate orders.   clearance. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

  • Payment for Pre-Orders: Payment is collected in full at the time the order is placed to secure your allocation.

  • Cancellation of Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are subject to the same "All Sales Final" policy. We do not offer refund unless the item supply cut by supplier.

  • Risk Transfer: As with standard orders, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the pre-ordered item is handed to the shipping carrier.
