Limited Exceptions: Returns are only accepted for incorrect items or significant misrepresentations. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a continuous unboxing video—from opening the sealed parcel to inspecting the item—as evidence.

Non-Refundable Items: Opened sealed products (wax), graded cards, and "mystery" or "hit" items are strictly non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange: Please email us at sales@dlbww.com. Your submission must include the unboxing video (meeting the requirements stated above), clear photographic evidence, and a written description of the problem. Additionally, please provide your full name, contact information, and order number. In the event of a dispute, Dopedude reserves the right to the final decision.
